This book teach us how to master our emotional state and how to change to WHAT you WANT TO BE! This Book is recommend for people like me who do not have discipline and usually is controlled by emotions when doing something. This book is very THICK!!! (ha ha as i am not a pro reader some time skip certain pages ) and i manage to share some of the important informations in my blog. In my life, i am trained to be tolerate to any problems and convenience which sometime make a lot of pain. Until the pain reach the threshold then you know you have to change and it is a must! So Step 1 is Decide what you really want and what's preventing you from having it now. Step 2 : Get leverage, associate Massive pain to not changing now and massive pleasure to the experience of changing now. when you think of your new behaviour or feelings , do you p icture and feel things that are pleasurable now instead of painful? Step 3 : Interrupt the limiting pattern ( This skill is really important and i am still learning and applying it in my life). Step 4 @ step 5 : Create new , empowering alternative and make it consistence. That's all ! Isn't if we want to change our bad habit is very easy and simple?
